Mapping Content Experiences Within the Customer Journey
This hands on workshop is your chance to get creative with the agencies, brands, publishers and creators attending the event. You will be broken into groups and will have 20 minutes to work collaboratively to respond to a brief presented by brand managers looking to use social content within their marketing mix. In this workshop you will:
- Practice the skills & methodology needed to effectively map social content experiences within the customer journey
- Meet & work with other attendees of the conference
- Better understand how your peers approach using social content to delight customers
